Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Lebanon

Had a great stay! Stopped half way to Florida. Workers were nice, rooms were clean and the breakfast was great. No complaints! :)

My boyfriend and I are regular guests here when we venture to Nashville for concerts. The customer service is always great, BUT- I would like to give some extra appreciation for Leon. He is so welcoming, friendly, approachable, and fun. What a GREAT human to represent this hotel! The rooms are always pristine, quiet, minimal road noise, and comfy. Thank the whole staff for providing such a beautiful atmosphere and top notch service.

We were camping nearby and had to change our plans due to storms in the area. Mr. Russel at the front desk was so kind and accommodating! He helped us with everything we needed and even drew our kids a picture while we were eating dinner in the dining area. We had asked if the pool was open, but it had been closed due to the storms. However, he frequently updated us on the status of the weather and whether the pool would be reopened. He was kind and responsive, and we appreciated his help! We also had a great experience bringing our dog. The hotel was very dog-friendly and had a nice space in the back for dogs to do their business. The continental breakfast was also great! We appreciated the non-dairy milks, and the oatmeal bar was excellent! We booked this hotel out of necessity, but thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My room was clean, the bathroom was a nice size and well lit to see my face for the morning face skin care routine. There is a bedroom area and a living room area. WiFi worked great. I would have given 5 stars, but the walls and ceiling were not completely sound barriers. I could hear the TV next door. I could hear the guest get up and walk around at 5 am each day. . The breakfast area was fully appointed with both hot and cold options. I used the treadmill and free weights in the fitness room and they worked great.

I recently stayed one night in a King Suite at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Lebanon, and overall, I had a pleasant experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of travel. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The amenities in the suite were more than adequate, with a nice work area and a modern bathroom. The complimentary breakfast offered a good variety of options, which was a nice touch to start the day. The location was convenient, close to the interstate, but still quiet enough for a restful night. My only minor critique would be that the decor felt a bit standard, lacking a bit of personality, but that's a small issue in the grand scheme of things.

Clean, spacious rooms. Warm helpful staff. Close enough to hospital, restaurants and stores.

Great service from the front desk people. Very polite and friendly. The breakfast attendant was a super nice guy. Room was spotless, nice an quiet place. Only issue i had was street lights from interstate were to bright. Not the hotels fault at all but very hard to block out the lights

My coworkers and I frequently stay here on business trips, and we have never had a bad experience. The rooms and hotel in general are very clean, and the amenities are very nice. The dining room is large and there are many communal spaces available to gather or work. Our favorite part of this hotel is the staff, though. They are always extremely kind and flexible to whatever we need. We often have nice conversations and joke around with them as well. The staff is what keeps us coming back! Thank you to the Lebanon Fairfield team for always providing an exceptional experience!
